Hello again!

Well i greatly enjoyed my 6 week holiday break from SCAD, but I'm back now and classes started today. So expect art within the next couple weeks. The only studio class i'm taking is life drawing, so be prepared for the nakeds.

But anway, xmas was great... i got an iPhone.

Alas, two days after christmas, i go to the movie tavern with my BF... and my purse gets stolen. the entirety of my purse. as in everything inside it. as in my brand new iphone. as in my drivers license. as in my debit card. as in my car keys. as in the $40 computer game i bought earlier that day. as in my fucking PURSE.

soooo that was fun replacing everything, 4 DAYS before i had to move.

anyways, i'm back at SCAD until March 12th, then home for a week, then back to school March 22nd.

I miss my house.
I miss my bed.
I miss my fam.
I miss my friends.
most importantly I miss the BF.........

HELLO!! My first quarter at SCAD is 3 days from being over!!!!!!! I'll be back Nov20

This has always been something I saw but never did, and maybe it will work, we'll see

THE BASICS:

rite a Christmas/Holiday wish list. It can be any 10 wishes you'd like to have granted, no matter what they are. Possible or seemingly impossible. People look and grant the wishes if they can. It's not about "OMFG PRESENTS", it's about making someone else's holiday a little brighter by giving. Personally, I get more out of giving than receiving sometimes. It's just a good feeling to give.

STEP ONE

** Make a post in your journal. The post should contain your list of 10 holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple and fun ("I'd love a Snape/Hermione icon that's just for me") to medium ("I wish for _____ on DVD") to really big ("All I want for Christmas is a new car/computer/house/TV.") The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.
** If you wish for real possible things, make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves) could get in touch with you. In this case, you can always just note someone on dA.
** Also, make sure you post some version of these guidelines in your journal, so that others can join in and participate to spread the holiday joy!

STEP TWO

** Surf around your friend list to see who has posted their list. And now here's the important part:
** If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use--or even know where you could get someone's dream purebred Basset Hound for free--do it.
** You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf--to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not--it's your call. There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Just...wish, and it might come true. Give, and you might receive. And you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.

NOW LET'S SEE IT!

1. A couple weeks ago, my 1st gen iPod Nano finally died after 5 years *le sigh* I'm not asking for anyone to BUY me a new one, but if there any connections or someone has an extra one etc. it would really help me keep my sanity for the next four years at art school

2. I think it would be really cool to have someone draw a picture of me. I'm so used to drawing OTHER people, and I don't like drawing myself. Whether it be an anime character, a drawing, painting, etc.

3. I'm kind of obsessed with Plants vs. Zombies, but I've only been playing a free trial. If anyone has a code that I could use to play, I would definitely be on that shit night n day.

4. I wish for my brother and sister to be okay for the next year or so. My brother is struggling to not flunk and my sister is graduating college and is moving to Utah for a job. I just hope for things to work out for them

5. I've always seen adorable things on Etsy, but I really like these neck scarves [link] I like the earthtone colors like jewel colors or cream, and the cute buttons, i duno just super cute ^_^

6. I would like to know which piece of my artwork is your favorite. I've changed my style over the last 4 years and it would be interesting to see what you all think. Just go through my gallery and let me know which piece is your favorite

7. I really wish my dorm is a lot less annoying next quarter. It seems like every night there is a party or drunk people running around at 3am being super annoying.... just please... stop.......

8. I still love my Xbox, and XBL. I really wish I had some gamer points to spend on freakin awesome downloadable content. Or like a wireless headset..

Thats like.... halfway done. I'm doing MIDTERMS. Or... midTERM.

Soooooo everything has been PERFECT!~ I loveee the classes, (i could do without public speaking) and I am excited to get into higher courses next quarter! You've seen my artwork so far, and by the end of this week you will ahve another.... a self portrait!! It has been taking me a while to make friends though. I see everone already has posses and groups and they hang out urrday and have fun... I still dont reallyyy. I DID meet this guy in my Drawing class and he and his friends have group potential... I don't know if they like me yet though.. I gave them candy corn? We went to SCAD's anime club, Kamikaze Sushi, and IM WATCHING REAL. ANIME. at least I think so. lol. There is one show called Bakemonogatari which is cool but weird as shitballs, then K-On! which is THE MOST ADORABLE THING I HAVE EVER SEEN. There are two more shows that are just freakin weird. So then, after the anime portion, they had a little showcase thing..... DOLLlFIES. GROSS. We didn't stay.

Anyway, I do miss home. I'll be there soon.

Oh yah, and, having no friends means no pictures. So no pictures are happening. Which is bumming me out.
