Well this is a commission my friend wanted me to do....
my first, FIRST attempt and anything abstract/cubism Day 6 of thanksgiving break! India Ink - 4 hours EDIT: If you have looked at my earlier work then you'll see that i'm more into portraits and realism... basically things looking perfect. this was tough for me because i wanted the hands to look real, i'm very anal about these things with my art..... but i kept saying to myself that it doesn't have to look real!!!! So, revalation 1: not all art is realistic. and i'm glad i did this peice. Revalation 2: Thanksgiving dinner=50lb weight gain. happy thanksgiving! |

what i did was i used my safety zone method and drew a real line drawing of my hands in different poses thennnnn i drew random lines/boxes in and around the picture then changed up the line drawing
there was probably an easier way but keep in mind im a noob in cubism! hahahaha
Your choice of color is awesome.. I love everything about this piece!
